Family by Suzanne Franin

Hey Everyone Suzanne here

This project is for a very special friend who lost one of her family members Uncle Lyleczku, one of her beloved poodles

I painted the canvas in Pomegranate Dylusions paint then stencilled over the top with impasto once it was dry I rubbed Vintage Gold wax over the top of the raised area to make it stand out more

I used the Family from the Family Hearts set and painted it in the same colour and rubbed it over with the gold as well then rapped the stem from the flower vine through it

Here I used Graphite paste through the Mini Noughts and Crosses Stencil so I could put some hugs and kisses because that's what this stencil is for me

I used some of Tim Holtz word quote stickers and the ones I used were -
Hello my darling
with brave wings she flies (I coloured out the s)
adventure awaits you
I thought they all suited his new adventure he was having up in heaven xx

Altered Bird House by- Leanne Nankervis

Hi Everyone!
Leanne back to share another project with you today, using Memory Maze Laser cuts.

Altered Bird House

Today I'm sharing a chipboard bird house, which I have altered using modelling paste, mica powders and sprays.

The bird house I assembled and attached it, to a round mdf board. I then covered with texture paste and used some texture tools, to add effects to the roof. I then painted it all in white gesso, and used mica powders and sprays to give it a shabby chic look.

I decorated the chipboard bird house with laces and braid, some flowers, beads and a few other embellishments.

Gelli printed cards with Sarah

Hello crafty friends, Sarah here again with another gelli printed project - this time on cards. Gel printing is my obsession at the moment....so colourful, beautiful and so versatile in making many projects.
These two cards were made using printed deli paper from my 8x10 inch gel plate. Check out my post on the 25 March 2018 for more information on the method of how I printed the paper for these cards and of the Memory Maze products used in the printing process. I just love my stencils and background stamps!

The sentiments are from Memory Maze and the range be found online here. I painted the chipboard pieces with black acrylic paint and covered them with Dimensional Magic to give that beautiful shiny finish. Lets take a closer look...
The torn printed deli paper is adhered to the card using gel medium which gives a translucent effect. A white posca pen and black fineliner was used to finish the piece and add some background marks. The stamping with black ink provides background texture.
I hope you enjoyed this project and will try the Memory Maze sentiments to add value to your crafty projects. If you are interested in any of the Memory Maze products, be sure to contact your local craft store or Memory Maze for your local stockist where we can place our local sales reps in contact with them.

Sweet Memories with Candy

Hi everyone and welcome.
My turn to bring you my layout using some wonderful
Memory Maze products.
The photo is my gorgeous grand daughter
Zarna Rose

I pulled the 2 wrought iron gate pieces from the chipboard pack and also
the large ornate frame from its pack.
I glued the wrought iron gate pieces to the sides of the ornate frame.
Then mixed together some white gesso, or you can use white paint.
And the magenta ink, just a little as we only want it light.
Paint this over your frame and while it is still wet
cover with some clear fine glitter.
Put aside to dry.

I tore the two papers wider one end and thinner the other.
Taped them onto the white cardstock.
I then rolled the edges of the papers to make a curl.
Add all the frame, flowers amd emphoria
then draw a line around the edge of the layout as well as your emphoria pieces.
